Hardware Identification

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Install Cam Locks

Insert 14 cam locks (#0203) into panels A1, B1, and D.

Step 2: Install Wood Dowels

Insert 4 wood dowels (#0207) into panels A1, B1, and D.

Step 3: Install Push Bolts and Safety Device

Install 8 push bolts (#2200) and the safety device (#HH510).

Step 4: Install Screw Bolts

Install 6 screw bolts (#0205) into panel F.

Step 5: Attach Panel D

Fasten panel D to panels A1 and B1, then tighten cam locks.

Step 6: Attach Panel F

Fasten panel F to the unit, then tighten cam locks.

Step 7: Attach Panel C

Fasten panel C to the unit, then tighten cam locks.

Step 8: Install Tack Glides and Covers

Install tack glides (#1119) and cam lock covers (#0508).

Step 9: Attach Back Panel

Fasten the cardboard back panel using nails (#0201).

Step 10: Assemble Door P1

Assemble door P1 with bumpers, glass panel, and retainers.

Step 11: Install Door Hinges and Handle

Attach hinges (#0402) and handle (#2128) to door P1.

Step 12: Install Shelf Supports

Install 8 shelf supports (#1110) to hold adjustable shelves (H).

Step 13: Mount and Adjust Door

Attach door P1 to the unit and adjust for proper alignment.

Step 14: Wall Anchoring

Secure the unit to the wall using the provided safety device (#HH510).
