What to do if my Nexgrill Griddle won't light immediately?

  If your grill won't light immediately, ensure you have a spark while attempting to light the burner. If there's no spark, check that the wire is connected to the electrode assembly and that the battery is properly installed. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. See if the other burners operate; if so, check the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

Why are my Nexgrill Griddle burner flames not light blue?

  The burner flames might not be light blue due to too much or not enough air mixing with the flame. Elevation is a principal cause, but cold weather or a windy location can also affect the mixture. Burner adjustment may be required.

Why is my Nexgrill Griddle regulator making noise?

  The regulator might be making noise because the vent hose on the regulator may be plugged or the regulator itself may be faulty. To resolve this, ensure the vent hole on the regulator is not obstructed. Clear the hole, close the gas control valves, wait ten minutes, and restart. Then, check your flames for proper performance. If the flames are still not correct, consider replacing the regulator.

What to do if the full size cover does not fit my Nexgrill Griddle?

  If the full-size cover doesn't fit, it may be a tight fit or the cover may be incorrect for your grill. Ensure the cover is the correct length by measuring it from left to right and comparing it to the grill's measurement. Also, compare the location and size of the hood portion of the cover to your grill. You can spread the cover and allow it to relax, preferably in warm sunlight or in a warm room. For grills with a side shelf, bunch the cover like a sock and put it on from left to right.
