chosen command once more.
8.2 - Locking / unlocking the automation
This function allows for sending, through the keypad, the
command for “locking” or for “unlocking” the automation.
I1I Press the button: the keypad will signal the “incorrect
combination” error. I2I Wait 10 seconds: • to lock the automa-
tion = enter “0-0”. • to unlock the automation = enter “1-1”.
I3I Within 10 seconds enter any valid combination. I4I Press
the button to confirm the action selected at Point 02. If
the procedure was performed correctly, the keypad will emit
3 buzzes and the “L2” LED will indicate the operating status
(see Table 6).
8.3 - Erasing the entire memory
I1I Press and hold button “T”: the “L1” LED will remain lit;
wait for it to flash 3 times then release button “T” during the
third flash. I2I At this stage, the “L1” LED will emit a series of
light pulses followed by 3 buzzes; after this, the LED on the
front will flash 5 times. I3I Lastly, rerun the procedure for the
“recognition of the devices connected to the control unit”, by
consulting the control unit manual.
At the end of this procedure, the device will have to be re-
programmed. Note – at the start of a new programming op-
eration, the user can once again choose which mode to use
(“Easy” o “Professional”).
9 - WARNINGS FOR USE OF THE DEVICE

The device operates through numerical combinations that
the user must know and enter onto the keypad for sending
commands to the automation.
l
For security reasons, the
programmed combinations (and relative commands associ-
ated with them) should only be disclosed to users authorised
to operate the automation.
l
After entering the combination,
the command can be transmitted by pressing the command
button ( or ) associated with the relevant combination.
l
If
the entered combination is incorrect, the device emits a buzz.
Important! – After the third consecutive entry of the incorrect
combination, the system blocks the device’s operation for 60
seconds. Therefore, the user who makes a mistake while en-
tering a combination should suspend the operation and wait
10 seconds before entering the combination again, starting
from the first digit.
