  First, make sure that the device connected to the “FLASH” output is programmed correctly. When the device is powered, check for voltage at the device terminal. If voltage is present, the issue lies with the device itself; replace it with one of the same type. If there's no voltage, the output is overloaded. Check the cable for short circuits.
