Calculate the position of the rear bracket using graph 2. Measure dimension C and determine B and A values.
Fix the front bracket to the gate leaf respecting dimensions D and E (Fig. 4). Note: bracket must be welded or use accessory.
Install the gear motor on the rear bracket and then on the front bracket using screws and nuts supplied.
Set the mechanical limit switch to set the stop position of the gate leaf. Follow procedures for Toona 4-5 (24V, 230V) and Toona 6-7.
Perform a periodic inspection of the system for maximum safety. Check components like sensitive edges, photocells, etc.
