EXTREMELY HOT! Be careful not to burn yourself.
Grasp handle and lift Catalyst off to remove from
Shroud.
SOAK IN WARM WATER FOR 1 HOUR. RINSE WITH
WATER ONLY. NEVER USE ANY CHEMICALS ON THE
CATALYST.
Lay flat to drain water and let air dry overnight.
Make sure catalyst is dry before putting back on
broiler.
