Any damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or use of
consumables not provided by the Company.
Any damage that occurs outside of the warranty period.
Any damage caused by unauthorized disassembly and
repair or modification.
Print omissions caused by scratches on the print head.
Inconsistency of purchase record with the series number
of a machine under warranty.
Any damage due to human causes or other force majeure.
From the date of purchase, the printing head of this product is
guaranteed for 3 months or the time when the printing
distance reaches 30KM (whichever occurs first), and the
remaining parts are guaranteed for 12 months.
Carry-in service is adopted as the warranty method, users need
to bring the product to the customer service center.
If products beyond the warranty period need to be repaired,
please contact the after-sales service center and ask for paid
parts for repair.
During the warranty period, in case of the following conditions,
you may not enjoy the warranty service:
