♦ Focusing Screens
The following focusing screens are available for the D2H:
Type B
A type B BriteView focusing screen is
included with the camera.
Type E
The type E clear-matte focusing
screen is etched with a grid, making
it suitable for copying and architec-
tural photography. Best results are
achieved with PC-Nikkor lenses.
♦ DG-2 Magnifi er
The DG-2 magnifi es the scene displayed in the viewfi nder. Use for
close-up photography, copying, telephoto lenses, and other tasks
that call for added precision. DK-7 eyepiece adapter (available sepa-
rately) required.
♦ DK-14 and DK-17A Antifog Finder Eyepieces
These viewfi nder eyepieces prevent fogging in humid or cold condi-
tions. The DK-17A is equipped with a safety lock.
♦ DK-2 Rubber Eyepiece Cup
The DK-2 makes the image in the viewfi nder easier to see, preventing
eye fatigue.
♦ Diopter-Adjustment Viewfi nder Lenses
To accommodate individual differences in vision, viewfi nder lenses
are available with diopters of –3, –2, 0, +1, and +2 m
–1
. The DK-17C
is equipped with a safety lock.
♦ DR-4 Right-Angle Viewing Attachment
The DR-4 attaches at a right angle to the viewfi nder eyepiece, allow-
ing the image in the viewfi nder to be viewed from above when the
camera is in the horizontal shooting position.
♦ DK-7 Eyepiece Adapter
The DK-7 is used when attaching the DG-2 Magnifi er or DR-3 Right-
Angle Viewing Attachment to the D2H.
