Recommendation:
1. Use this setting carefully. While you can reload your
Custom Settings via the Load/save settings option on
the SETUP menu, this is an all-or-nothing thing (all camera
settings are saved or loaded). Thus, I try to keep my
Custom Setting experimentation to a single bank and only
reset that bank.
Custom Setting #A1 Continuous Servo AF Priority
(AF-C priority selection)
When the camera is set to Continuous Servo autofocus (AF-C
in Nikon’s usual abbreviation), you can choose whether the
shutter release or focus has the priority.
Release Shutter activated on release [default]
Release + focus Shutter activated on release, but in the
Continuous release shooting method the
shooting speed slows slightly to help focus
