  If your Nilfisk-Advance Pressure Washer is running with pulsating pressure and making knocking noises, it might be because the pump has drawn in air due to an empty detergent tank. Close the detergent valve, remove the lance from the gun, and operate the spray gun. Let the machine run until the air in the pump is gone and it runs normally again.
