Trouble
1 Machine not working, neon indicator not lit.
2 Machine not working, neon indicator lit.
3Vacuum unit not working, neon indicator lit.
4 Machine wobbles in use
Reason
1 Lack of voltage/electrical supply.
2 Switch interlock incorrectly operated.
Motor overload cut-out operated.
3 Motor overload cut-out operated.
4Brush/pad worn or damaged.
Pad not centered on drive disc.
Pad dirty.
Remedy
1 Check fuse *, supply cord, plug and socket outlet.
2 Check operating procedure in instructions.
Check brush/pad for good condition.
Check correct liquid type & quantity.
Check liquid dilution.
Allow motor to cool.
3 Replace filter bag.
Clear blocked hoses / connectors.
4 Renew brush/pad.
Place pad in correct position.
Clean the pad.
* If the fuse blows several times, the machine should be
checked by an authorised Service Agent.
