One possible cause is that the vacuum system motor current is exceeding the continuous current limit (default: 16 Amp) for longer than 30 seconds. You should check for any dust or debris that might be obstructing the vacuum system motor fan's rotation. Another reason could be related to exceeding the vacuum system motor peak current limit (default: 30 Amp). Additionally, try turning the machine off using the Main button.

      If the 6 battery LEDs are flashing on your Nilfisk-Advance Floor Machine, one potential cause is that the brush motor current is higher than the set continuous current limit (default: 25 Amp) for longer than the specified time (default: 30 seconds). To resolve this, check for any dust or debris that may be preventing the brush from rotating freely. Another possible reason might be that the brush motor peak current is exceeding the peak current limit (default: 40 Amp), or it could be due to a total current overload. In addition, you can try turning the machine off using the Main button.
