Attention:
1．Always disconnect the heater from the electrical supply before carrying out
cleaning, maintenance
2．Use with a damaged power cord. Get it replaced by a qualified technician.
TROBULESHOOTING GUIDE
1、Can not turn on the electric fireplace
Cause: please check the power switch and make sure there is electricity in the
power outlet.
Remedy: Call a qualified service technician
2、Remote control does not work
Cause: low batteries or unit isn’t switched to “0” position
Remedy: replace AA batteries in remote control or switch the unit to “0” position
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with
household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with
your local authority or retailer for recycling advice.
