Processing & Mixing (Speed 1): Ideal for mixing thin batters, gravies, and marinades, scrambling eggs, pureeing cooked foods and uncooked fruits, and chopping vegetables for dips and salsa.
Blending & Ice Crushing (Speed 2): Suitable for grating hard cheeses, making cream soups, beating dips, grinding nuts, thorough chopping, blending sauces and spreads, mixing drinks, powdered drinks, or milkshakes. It can also crush ice cubes for snow cones, chilled beverages, or frozen slushes.

Hand-Washing: For hand-washing, use warm, soapy water. When cleaning the Stacked Blade Assembly, use a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid direct contact with the sharp blades. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
Motor Base Cleaning: The motor base should be turned off and unplugged before cleaning. It can be wiped clean with a damp cloth; however, it should never be submerged in water or other liquids, nor should water be sprayed directly onto it.
Storage: Store the blender upright with the Stacked Blade Assembly inside the pitcher and the lid securely on top. Avoid placing anything on top of the unit. The power cord can be tucked into its storage compartment.
