DIRECTIONS
1 Place all ingredients into the
Single-Serve Cup in the order listed.
2 Select EXTRACT.
3 Remove blades from cup after blending.

5 cm piece English cucumber, cut in half
50 g green grapes
1 teaspoon hemp hearts
15 g kale leaves
4 mint leaves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
125 ml coconut water
50 g ice
