What to do if my Ninja Blender motor doesn’t start?
    • B
      browncynthiaJul 28, 2025
If the motor of your Ninja Blender doesn't start or the blades don't rotate, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the bottom of the motor head is clean and free from any food blockage when placed on the containers. Also, check that you haven't overfilled the container with too much food. If the unit has overheated, unplug it and allow it to cool down for about 10 minutes before attempting to use it again. Confirm that the splash guard and power head are securely placed on the container and splash guard, respectively. Lastly, verify that the plug is properly inserted into the electrical outlet and check the fuse or breaker, replacing the fuse or resetting the breaker if necessary.

Why is food collecting on the splash guard of my Ninja Master Prep Blender?

      Joy EvansAug 6, 2025
If food collects on the splash guard, safety cover, or the sides of the pitcher or bowl of your Ninja Blender, it could be due to processing too much food at once. To resolve this, turn off the machine and wait for the blades to stop rotating. Then, remove the power head and splash guard, and take out some of the food before resuming.
