It operates on a 120V-, 60Hz electrical supply and has a power consumption of 1760 Watts.

Function Description:

The oven features a left-hand dial to select the desired cooking function. Available functions include:

  • Warm: Keeps meals ready to eat after cooking.

  • Smoker: Offers low and slow cooking to tenderize large cuts of meat, utilizing Woodfire Flavor Technology.
  • Bake: Creates baked goods with crispy crusts and fluffy centers.
  • Broil: Quickly melts toppings or creates beautifully browned exteriors.
  • Specialty Roast: Starts high and finishes low for a crisp outside and juicy inside, with a two-stage cooking process.
  • Max Roast: Achieves charred, crispy, caramelized results that a traditional oven cannot create.
  • Pizza: Allows for various pizza styles from fresh to frozen, including:
    • Neapolitan: Characterized by char on the outside of a thin, crispy crust and fresh mozzarella.
    • Thin: A thinner crust supporting thinly sliced ingredients that cook quickly.
    • Pan: A thicker crust for deep-style pans, allowing more ingredients.
    • New York Style: Thinner crust with low-moisture mozzarella cheese extending close to the edge.
    • Frozen: Follows instructions on the box for best results.
    • Custom: Allows users to create their own custom pizza with preferred crust and ingredients.

The oven also incorporates Woodfire Flavor Technology, which can be activated for most functions (except Warm and Broil) by pressing the WOODFIRE FLAVOR TECHNOLOGY button and filling the smoke box with Ninja Woodfire Pellets. This infuses food with a smoky flavor.

  • Smoke Box Cleaning: Remove and safely discard contents after every use. Cleaning with a wire brush to remove creosote is recommended every 10 uses. Liquid cleaning solutions should NOT be used on the smoke box.
  • Pizza Stone Cleaning: Allow to cool completely before cleaning. Scrape lightly with a soft cloth; do NOT use metal spatulas or knives, and do NOT get it wet.
  • Roast Rack/Accessory Frame Cleaning: Allow to cool before removing. These are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use dish soap, warm water, and the rough side of a sponge.
