■Handling Instructions■
⚫ Do not burden the machine.（extremely thick or hard）
⚫ Do not use where it gets wet. Avoid using wet hands.
⚫ Be careful not to touch the cutting edge when replacing blade.
⚫ Keep your fingers away from the blade while operating.
⚫ Not to give excessive shock such as falls.
⚫ Do not operate with the presser foot in contact with the roller or cutter.
⚫ Do not operate the roller in contact with the blade.(It may cause the blade to chip or the
sharpness to deteriorate quickly.)
⚫ Do not stop the processed product and keep moving the skiving Machine.（It will cause the
sharpness to deteriorate quickly）
⚫ Never run continuously for more than 15 minutes. (interval 45 minutes)
⚫ Be sure to keep the cardboard boxes that the machine was in.
➢ （It is used when shipping to our company if there is a problem.）
■Safety device■
⚫ Spindle motor・Feed motor
✓ There is a safety device that automatically shuts off the machine when a certain load is
applied.
✓ Once the safety device has been activated, turn off the main power and remove the one
with tools that caused the overload.
✓ At this time, be careful not to touch the blade with your hands.
✓ If it can be confirmed that it has been removed, turn on the main power again and check that
the indicator lamp is light in green before restarting operation.
⚫ Main circuit
✓ If the circuit is shorted, the fuse built into the main unit will blow.
✓ If the fuse is broken, replace it with a new one. Refer to 8 page“ Fuse Replacement”.
■Make sure to check the following items before work■
⚫ Check if each part has no loose screws.
⚫ Check that the blade and presser foot are firmly fixed.
⚫ Check if the presser foot is not in contact with the blade or roller and the roller is not in contact
with the blade.
⚫ Adjustment the thickness in trial and then work on it.
