service department via support@nixplay.com and give us the model of the Cloud
Frame, where and when you purchased, your address and we will send you a new
adapter.
For USA, Canada and Europe this is a free service. For other areas we will let you know in
advance if there will be a postage charge.

moisture.
Do not expose the Cloud Frame to water (dripping or splashing).
Objects lled with liquids, such as vases, should not be placed near the
Cloud Frame.
