NOTE:
• Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
• A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time.
• Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the end result and can help prevent
unevenly fried ingredients.
• Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the hot-air fryer within a few minutes after
adding the oil.
• Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the hot air fryer.
• Place a baking tin or oven dish in the hot air fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche, or if you want to fry
fragile ingredients or filled ingredients.
SET THE COOKING TIME
Touch the timer button, then turn the temperature time control knob to the right / left to increase / decrease the cooking
time with a dierence of 1 minute with each turn.

Touch the temperature button, then turn the temperature time control knob to the right / left to increase / decrease the
cooking time with a dierence of 5°C with each turn.
USE THE ACCESSORIES
Please choose the proper accessory according to the ingredients being cooked.
Pull the handle to open the window to install the accessories as instructed below.
MESH RACKS
Slide the mesh racks into the upper two sliding chutes for dehydration or to cook
crispy snacks / reheat items like pizza.
DRIP TRAY
Slide the drip tray into the lowest sliding chute to collect the dripping oil and other
residue for easier cleaning of the oven.
