10. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Needed tools for disassembly/assembly. 2.) Protect the A-Cover with a film.
3.) Protect the B-Cover with a film. 4.) Push the release button to remove the B-Cover.
5.) Remove the A-Cover. Start at the Power Key. 6.) Remove the Keymat.
7.) Unscrew the six Torx Plus
®
size 6 screws in the
shown order. For assembly, reverse the order and use
a Torx Plus
®
size 6 driver with a torque setting of
21Ncm.
8.) Separate the UI Module Assy include the Radio
Module from the C-Cover Assy.
