• Customize a profile

At the Start screen, press Menu.

Scroll until Profiles appears and press the roller.

Scroll to the profile you wish to customize and press Options.

Scroll to Customize and press the roller.

Scroll through the following options with the roller.
• Ringing Options . . . . Sets the ring type (ascending, and so on) for
incoming calls.
• Ringing Tone. . . . . . . Allows you to select from a group of 35 ringing
tones.
Note:
You may be able to download up to 5 new tones using the short
message (SMS) service or your phone’s IR. For more information,
contact your service provider.
• Ringing volume . . . . Sets the ringing volume.
• Vibrating alert . . . . . Activates vibrating alert for incoming calls and
messages (when a vibrating battery is attached).
• Message alert tone . Sets an alert tone for incoming messages.
• Keypad tones . . . . . . Sets the volume level of keypad tones.
• Warning tones . . . . . Turns warning tones on or off.
• Automatic answer
(headset or
handsfree only) . . . . . Sets your phone to automatically answer an
incoming call after a few seconds.
•Accepted caller
groups. . . . . . . . . . . . . Allows you to have the phone alert you only when
a member of a selected group is calling.

When the desired option appears on screen, press the roller to
customize.

Select a setting from within each option using the roller.
