Nokia Bluetooth Stereo Headset BH-214 is a lightweight hands-free headset. The product has a main body with a
clip and separate in-ear type of headphones (HS-44) that could be changed with own ones. The clip is the
essential part of the product as it offers the specific carrying solution. 3.5 mm jack offers the possibility to use
the headset with own favourite headphones. Clear controls for music and calls provide the easiness of use. The
headset also allows being reachable even when listening to music by muting a tune when having an incoming
call.

Handling of a faulty product
A faulty product must be tested according to the test procedure described in this document before
swapping/replacing it with a new one. The purpose of this test is to verify whether the product is faulty or not in
order to avoid any unnecessary product swap during the warranty period.
The warranty period starts from the purchase date of the product. The purchase date must be verified with a
customer’s proof of purchase. The warranty period is 6 months

All swapped products must be reported to the system with the corresponding product serial number, product
code, and product type and symptom codes.
In EMEA and APAC areas all swapped products must be sent to the Material Return Center (MRC), Hungary. In other
areas the scrapping of faulty units is allowed 3 months after the swap.
