2. Calls
■ Make a voice call
Do one of the following:
• Enter the phone number, including the area code,
and press the call key.
For international calls, press * twice for the
international prefix (the + character replaces the
international access code), enter the country code,
the area code without the leading 0, if necessary,
and the phone number.
• To access the call log, press the call key once, scroll
to the number or name that you want, and press the
call key.
• Call a name or number in Contacts. See “Contacts,”
p. 32.
To adjust the volume during a call, scroll up or down.
■ Answer and end a voice call
To answer a call, press the call key, or open the fold. To
end the call, press the end key, or close the fold.
To activate the fold setting, select Menu > Settings >
Call > Answ. if fold opened > On.
■ Mute and reject a voice call
Use the keypad:
• To mute the ringing tone, select Silence. Then
answer or reject the call.
• To reject a call, press the end key.
Use tap commands on the secondary display:
To activate the tap settings, select Menu > Settings >
Phone > Sensor settings. See “Sensor,” p. 19.
• To mute a ringing tone, double-tap the secondary
display. Sound will be restored for the next incoming
call.
• To reject the call, double-tap the secondary display
again.
