1. Make sure you have access to the internet on your mobile device.
2. Make sure that you keep the app open during the installation process.
3. Make sure that the screen of your mobile device stays on during the installation process.
4. Keep your Nokia Go close to your mobile device during the installation process.
5. Make sure your Nokia Go isn't already installed.

Function Description

The primary function of the Nokia Go is to track various aspects of a user's activity and sleep. This includes:

• Activity Tracking: The device counts steps taken and can be worn on the wrist, in a clip, or in a pocket.
• Sleep Tracking: When worn on the wrist, the Nokia Go automatically detects and tracks sleep, providing a detailed breakdown of sleep stages (awake, REM, light, deep), total time spent sleeping, time spent lying, time to fall asleep, percentage of sleep goal achieved, and number of wake-ups. Sleep detection is enabled only when the device is specified as being worn on the wrist in the app.
• Swim Detection: Similar to sleep tracking, swim detection is enabled when the device is specified as being worn on the wrist.
• Data Synchronization: The Nokia Go syncs its collected data with the Nokia Health Mate® app, allowing users to view their activity and sleep history over time. Synchronization can occur automatically or manually.

• Battery Life: A single CR2032 battery provides an autonomy of up to 8 months.
• Waterproof: The device is waterproof, thanks to an O-ring that must be correctly in place after battery replacement.

• Installation and Setup:
  • Before installation, users must ensure their mobile device is compatible with the Nokia Go.
  • The setup process involves ensuring internet access on the mobile device, keeping the app open, keeping the mobile device screen on, keeping the Nokia Go close to the mobile device, and verifying that the Nokia Go is not already installed.
  • If the screen doesn't turn on, replacing the battery is the first troubleshooting step.
• Factory Reset: If the device is already installed and issues persist, a factory reset can be performed. This involves a long press (25 seconds) on the screen until a specific display appears, followed by five short presses until a sequence of "W" screens is shown, and then a final screen confirming the reset.
• Syncing Data:
  • Automatic Syncing: Occurs when Bluetooth is enabled and certain conditions are met: over 1,000 steps taken since the last sync, daily steps objective reached, or more than 6 hours passed since the last sync.
  • Manual Syncing: Simply opening the Nokia Health Mate® app triggers a sync. Users may need to refresh their Timeline by sliding their finger from top to bottom.
  • Data can only be synced with the main user profile of the account. If multiple trackers are used, logging out and back in with the correct user profile is necessary.
• Time Correction: If the time displayed on the Nokia Go is incorrect, syncing with the Nokia Health Mate® app should correct it. If the device reboots continuously, replacing the battery is advised.
• Wearing Options: The Nokia Go can be worn on the wrist (required for sleep and swim tracking) or in a clip/pocket. Users must specify their wearing preference in the Nokia Health Mate® app to enable specific tracking features. This setting can be changed at any time within the app's "My devices" menu.
• Data Retrieval: Sleep data can be retrieved and viewed in the "Timeline" or "Dashboard" sections of the Nokia Health Mate® app.

• Cleaning the Wristband:
  • Remove the Nokia Go from the wristband.

  • Allow the wristband to dry completely before re-wearing. Regular cleaning is important to prevent skin irritations.

• Replacing the Battery:
  • Turn the device over to expose the back case cover.
  • Use the provided tool (or a coin, with caution) to turn the back case counterclockwise until the marking aligns with the dot.
  • Replace the CR2032 battery.
  • Ensure the O-ring is correctly in place to maintain waterproofing.
  • Place the cover back and turn clockwise with the tool to lock it.
