Open an app
To open apps using voice commands, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, press and hold the Start / Windows key.
2. If necessary, tap Accept or Decline.
3. Speak “Open (application name).”
Voice dial a contact
To use voice dialing to call a contact, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, press and hold the Start / Windows key.
2. If necessary, tap Accept or Decline.
3. Speak “Call + [name of contact]."
