To change the time before the backlight times out, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, swipe left.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap lock screen.
4. Tap the Screen times out after field.
5. Tap to select one of the following options:
o 30 seconds
o 1 minute
o 3 minutes
o 5 minutes
Home Screen
Add widget or shortcut
To add a widget or shortcut to the Home screen, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, swipe left.
2. Touch and hold the application you want to add.
3. Tap pin to start.
Delete widget or shortcut
To delete a widget or shortcut from the Home screen, follow these steps:
1. From the Start screen, touch and hold the tile you want to delete.
2. When the Tack icon appears, release your finger from the screen.
3. Tap the Tack icon to delete.
