Remove the EARPIECE GASKET.

Release the glued LCD carefully with the SS-195
tool. Start from the side of the LCD.
Slide SS-195 carefully under the LCD…

… and lift it upwards. Remove the LCD.
Note: LCD ADHESIVE cannot be re-used. Change it
into a new one before re-assembly.
