Internal earpiece troubleshooting
Steps:
1 Connect phone with Phoenix.
2 Open “audio control” window from “Testing –> Audio control”, as shown in Figure Phoenix audio control
window above.
3 Select “AV mic to HP ear”.
4 Set “Activate” on.
5 Input signal to HS_MIC/GND pads, as shown in Figure PWB audio test point above, for example 100mVpp,
1kHz.
6 Check if sound is heard in earpiece.
