DISASSEMBLY
To disassemble the visor these steps must be followed on each side
of the helmet:
1) Pull up the visor completely. (see user instructions for the helmet)
2) Press the locking pin (fig. 1) and at the same time slide the visor,
fitted with two convenient guides, forward until it comes off the
side mechanism completely (fig. 2).
3) Repeat step in section 2 on the other side of the visor.
ASSEMBLY
To assemble the visor, the side mechanisms on the helmet must be
in full opening position. In the event this is not the case follow these
steps:
- Bring the side mechanisms forward manually and rotate them
upwards until the maximum open position is reached (fig. 3) on
both sides of the helmet.
- Press the red visor opening button and make sure that the release
lever is protruding from the chin guard of the helmet.
1) Position the end portion of the visor on its locking pin and line up the
visor internal guides with the supports on the mechanism (fig. 4).
2) Push the visor inside in line with the locking pin (fig. 5 - A) cen-
tring the guides of the visor on the supports of the mechanism at
the same time.
3) Push the visor backwards by sliding it on the support until the
locking pin fits into the hole on the visor securing it (fig 5 - B).
4) Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 on the other side of the helmet.
WARNING!
Pull the visor up and down to make sure that it is working properly.
In the event of a malfunction repeat the steps indicated above cor-
rectly.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1) If the visor pull up and pull down mechanisms malfunction or are
damaged, contact an authorized Nolan retail shop.
2) Use only neutral soap and water to clean the visor’s pull up and
pull down mechanism and compressed air as a drying aid.
