TROUBLE SHOOTING
If you face some technical problem with your charger, please refer to below table for any help.
If below solutions do not provide any help, thanks to bring back your aplliance where you purchased it,
to be checked by after-sales service.
Never repair or modify the product yourself.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE REASON SOLUTION
Charger is not working The plug is not well connected to
main socket
Firmly connect the power supply to
the main socket
Your electrical system has some
problems
Ask a professional technician to
check your electrical system
Cables are damaged Contact after sales service
or professional technician for
inspection and fixing
Battery voltage not correct
(6V or 12V) in lead-acid charging
mode (by pressing STANDARD
button)
If the lead-acid battery is not a 6V
or 12V, do not use the charger to
charge it
Charging mode select incorrectly Select correct battery type correctly
(standard lead-acid or lithium)
Battery voltage level is under 2V The battery voltage is too low and it
cannot be recharged
Poor connection between
connectors
Reconnect the connectors
Reverse polarity Reconnect the clamps or eyelets
DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT

and its transposition into national law, waste electrical equipment must be collected
separately and disposed of in designated collection points. Contact the local authorities or the
vendor for advice on recycling.
