If your NORAUTO Battery Charger isn't working, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the plug is firmly connected to the main socket. Check for damaged cables, and if found, contact after-sales service or a professional technician. Also, verify that the battery voltage is correct (6V or 12V); otherwise, do not use the charger. Ensure good connection between connectors and correct polarity by reconnecting the clamps or eyelets. If your electrical system has some problems, ask a professional technician to check it. If the battery voltage level is under 2V, it cannot be recharged.
