Why is my NORPOLE Air Conditioner not cooling well?

If your NORPOLE Air Conditioner isn't cooling well, several factors could be at play. First, the air filter might be blocked or dirty, so turn off the unit and clean the filter as instructed. Second, the exhaust hose may not be connected or could be blocked; in this case, turn off the unit, disconnect the hose, check for any blockages, and then reconnect it. Also, the temperature setting might be too high, so try decreasing it. Ensure all windows and doors in the room are closed. The room area may be too large for effective cooling, so double-check the cooling area guidelines. Finally, remove any heat sources from the room if possible. If none of these steps improve cooling, the unit might be low on refrigerant, and you should call customer service or a service technician.
