      William ShafferAug 9, 2025
If your Nortek Security & Control Gate Opener's control board senses a continuous alarm obstruction or lack of arm movement, you can take the following steps: Check the fuses, battery harness connections, and address any battery underload or inadequate charge issues. Inspect the transformer, solar panels, and charge source wiring. Also, examine the operator arm connections. If the battery is low, replace it. For an internal motor short, check the motor connections. Ensure proper charging if there's inadequate charge. Inspect primary (white and green) and secondary arm connections (white and green), arm power cable, and arm rev counter.
