Inspect the transformer, solar panels, and charge source wiring. Also, examine the operator arm connections. If the battery is low, replace it. For an internal motor short, check the motor connections. Ensure proper charging if there's inadequate charge. Inspect primary (white and green) and secondary arm connections (white and green), arm power cable, and arm rev counter.
