4.2 - Alerts
LED signalling on the front panel
The description of the LEDs is summarised in the following table:
Description Screen printing
Flashing light when only one input is in alarm (Pre-Activation Condition).
Steadily lit when two inputs are in alarm (Trigger Condition).
Steadily lit when the switch-off output has activated at least once, or following a
signal from the flow switch. (Extinguishing Release Condition).
Permanently lit when there is at least one exclusion on the panel. Exclusions are
only carried out from the "EXCLUSIONS" menu.
Steadily lit when the "Manual power off only" input is active, or the activation
mode in the CONF menu is set to "Manual only".
Permanently lit when the pressure switch input is active before the "Release in
progress" condition is reached.
Steadily lit when the corresponding input is active.
Steadily lit when the corresponding input has been activated.
Flashing when a fault occurs on the power supply, inputs, relay outputs or if dip-
switch SW1-4 (enabling programming of the UDS-4N) is in the ON position.
Steadily lit when all faults have been acknowledged.
Permanently lit when there is at least one system fault (watch-dog intervention,
memory content error, etc.).
Flashing light when one of the following inputs is in the fault condition:
- ALL1, ALL2, Manual Activation Shutdown, Emergency Prolongation, Manual
Only, Emergency Interruption, Pressure Switch, Flow Switch.
Or when one of the following outputs is in the fault condition:
- Pre-alarm, Siren, System fault Extinction / Exclusions, Pilot Cylinder, Shutdown.
Or when the pressure switch input is activated before the Release in Progress
condition.
Steadily lit when, in the presence of the previous faults, the "Buzzer silencing"
key is pressed.
Permanently lit when the control unit is powered (by mains voltage, 230V or
battery).
