1. Turn FUEL TANK CAP VENT LEVER to ‘ON’
position.
2. To start a cold engine, turn choke lever to the
CLOSED position. To restart a warm engine, leave
choke lever in OPEN position.
3. Ensure fuel selector switch is set to correct fuel.
NOTE: Fuel type must be selected before generator
is powered on.
4. Turn ENGINE SWITCH to ‘ON ’ position.
5. Begin pulling the STARTER GRIP once the ‘READY’
indicator (green) is ON.
6. If generator does not start within 5 pulls, toggle
engine switch (OFF/ON) and try again.
