4. During a call, the other party cannot hear you.
Reason 1: The dialing method is incorrect.
• Click the phone button on the KM28 to answer a call through the car's
speaker when it comes in.
• Then turn on the speaker on your phone to answer the call.
Reason 2: The call volume is low.
Solution:
• Increase the volume of your phone.
• The volume of the other side is too low during the call, just ask the
person you called to increase the volume.
Reason 3: The microphone is broken.
Contact support@nulaxy.com to exchange a new one.
Bluetooth connecting issues:
The KM 28 transmitter is malfunctioning
For instance:
Solution:
1. Fails to pair with your phone.
2. Your device cannot be reconnected.
3. Connection instability.

Make sure the transmitter and the cigarette lighter don't have any loose
connections. Start the engine after plugging the car transmitter back into
the cigarette lighter; after the light turns on, the transmitter starts
working.
Solution:
• Please check and clear your Bluetooth pairing list, since having too
many Bluetooth records on your phone could result in a failed Bluetooth
connection.Then, unplugging and replugging the car transmitter,
restarting phone Bluetooth and reconnecting the transmitter to the
phone Bluetooth.
• Alter the Bluetooth name on your phone, as using a name that is too
long may make it harder to pair with the car transmitter.
• Compatibility issue. Switch to a different phone to connect to see if the
problem persists.
