- Control Panel: The unit features a control panel for operation, displaying time, setting temperature, and current temperature. Both DH and HT panel types are shown, with buttons for On/Off, Mode selection (Heating, Cooling, Defrosting), Timer Setting, Up/Down parameter adjustment, and Lock.
- Operating Modes: Users can select between heating, cooling, and defrosting modes.
- Temperature Adjustment: The water temperature can be adjusted to a comfortable level, with a recommended range of 38~42°C for showering. The maximum water temperature is 55°C.
- Safety Precautions: The manual emphasizes several safety features and warnings:
- Professional installation is mandatory.
- Proper grounding is essential and altering the grounding method is forbidden.

- Filter Maintenance: The removable filter at the water inlet needs periodic cleaning (every 2 or 3 months, depending on local water quality).
- Error Information Code: The manual provides a list of error codes (e.g., E01, E02, E03, E04, E05, E06, E07, E08, E10, E11, E12, E13, E14, E18, E21, E25, E31, E32, E33, E41, E45, E46, E48, E49) to help diagnose potential faults. If an error code appears, users are instructed to turn off the power, wait 10 seconds, and then restart. If the code persists, professional assistance is required.
