Working conditions
Power supply
The power supply of 00E9001SL welding units shall be exclusively carried out as follows
according to the different models:
• 230V quality alternating current 50÷60Hz (maximum tolerance ± 20%);
• 110 V quality alternating current 50÷60Hz (maximum tolerance ± 20%).
We therefore recommend to ensure that the power source that you intend to use is up to the
required characteristics. If input to your welding unit is from a tension generator, make sure that
it is of the asynchronous type. Before purchasing a generator, contact our Customer Service
Representative to obtain more information on its required characteristics.
If extension cables have to be used, pay special attention to the ratio between the cable cross
section and length, to prevent affecting your welding unit smooth operation; in particular, as far as
extension table cross sections are concerned, the following chart applies:
