SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES

The electric hoist is designed for private household
use only! It is not designed for continuous use in
professional operations.
During the use of the appliance make use of the proper
protection tools like gloves, glasses, crash helmet,
safety shoes, etc. according to the regulations in force.

Before using this electric product, carefully read the
safety rules listed below.
• Yoursocketplugmustabsolutelybegroundedandyour
electricsystemmustbesuppliedwithamagnetocut-out
safety.
• Protectthemachinefromfrostandlowtemperatures.
• In casethe machinecannot hoista load,do not keep
pressingthehoistingpush-button:thismeansthattheload
exceedsthemachinemaximumcapacity.
• Themachineshallnotbedisassembledwhenrunningor
connectedtopower.
• Donotstandunderhoistedweights.
• Beforestartingthework,makesurethatthesteelcableis
correctlywindedaroundthereel.
• OBSERVE THE MAXIMUM LOAD INDICATED ON THE
HOIST, NOT THAT ON THE HOOK!
• Toavoidanydanger,donotwindmorethan15mtofcable
aroundthereel.
• Incasethesteelcableiswornout,itmustbereplacedonly
withacableofsamefeaturesmanufacturedbyus.Ifcanbe
foundatallauthorizedserviceshops.
• Beforestartingthework,checkthatswitchesareingood
operatingconditions.
• Incasethehoiststopsduringtheloweringofaload,it
isnormalthattheloadgoesdownafewcentimetersmore
becauseofinertia.
• Donotletthecableunwindsofarthatitstartstowind
up againin reverse.This will cause the cableto kink.
The windingandunwindingdirectionswill reverse, the
limit switch will not function and the cable will kink as
result.Theremustbeatleastthreerevolutionsofcable
leftonthereelatalltimes,sothatthecableconnection
is not under stress, and whenever-the red end of the
cable appears you must not unwind any further!
• Theloadmustneverbefasteneddirectlytotheliftingcable.
Itmustbefastenedtotheliftinghookonly.
• Thehoistoperatormustkeepapermanenteyeonthe
movementoftheload.Ifthehoistoperatorcannotsee
theliftingorloweringmovements,thedangerareamust
be sealed off and additional persons with a full view of
theoperatingareashouldgiveinstructions.
The hoist operator must always be able to see the end of
theloadpath,otherwisetheemergencylimitswitchwillbe
actuatedinthecourseofoperations.
If the hoist operator leaves the control position of devices with
suspended loads, the danger area beneath the load
mustbemadesecure.
• Hoistsmayonlybeusedforliftingandloweringloads.
• ITISABSOLUTELYFORBIDDENtheuseoftheblockand
tackleforpeopletransportation.
•DONOTstayundertheload.
•DONOTmoveorliftloadsheavierthenthemaximumload
allowed as indicated on the machine
•DONOTdrawskewloads.
•DONOTchargethehooksonthetip.
•DONOTguidethehangingloadbyhandsbutonlybyropes
orhooks.
•DONOTusetheropeoftheblockandtacklefortheloads
harness.
•DONOTtouchtheropeduringtheoperation.
•IT’SABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN theuse of ad-libbed
ornotstandardloadshooksorropes.
•DONOTUSEtheblockandtackleincaseofbadweather
(rain,freezingcold,snow)andinparticularintheeventof
strongwind.
• Do not use the appliance if it’s not in perfect working
conditions.
