Stage 3 takes place during days 21-30 of your program. During this period, you will:
• Enjoy a stage three NUTRIBLAST for your daily breakfast
• Enjoy a large green NUTRIBLAST with lunch
• Eat fewer servings of animal products (meat, cheese, or dairy) 6 or fewer servings
per 10-day period
• Cut your cooking oil intake to 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil or cold-pressed virgin coconut
oil per day

BREAKFAST:
Choose any Blast recipe from the Stage 3 NUTRIBLAST menu on page
87, or create your own using any combination of fruits, greens, and boosts
listed on page 77.
MORNING SNACK:
Choose any Snack from the On-Track Snack List starting on page 89.
LUNCH:
Pair one large green NUTRIBLAST (pg 87) with one dish from
category B.

DINNER:
Choose one main dish from either category A or B and a side dish from
category C.
DESSERT:
While we don’t recommend daily desserts for the program, we do
understand that everyone needs the occasional sweet treat. At the end
of each 10-day period, enjoy one chocolate bar from our list on page
69. If you find you are desperate for treats during the week, check out
our sweet section on pages 74-75. Remember, this plan is for YOU and
your health, so you are the best judge when it comes to indulging.
