1/2 head cabbage
Directions:
1. Wash cabbage well.
2. Slice cabbage into pieces
small enough to t juicer.
3. Juice and enjoy.
Sweet Asparagus Juice
(Serves: 1)
Ingredients:
10 asparagus spears
1 apple
1 apricot, pitted
3 carrots
Directions:
1. Wash all ingredients.
2. Remove tops from
carrots and apple stem.
3. Cut to t into juicer.
4. Juice all ingredients.
5. Enjoy over ice.
