What to do if there is no picture or sound from my Oakcastle SB-110?

If you're not getting any picture or sound on your Oakcastle Set-top box, first ensure the cables connecting the TV and the receiver, including the antenna, are correctly connected. Also, verify that you've selected the correct video or AV input on your TV. If you're using a Composite or S-Video connection, make sure the video definition is set to 576i by pressing EXIT and then V-FORMAT on the remote control until you see a picture.
