Toggle between Celsius or
Fahrenheit.

Activates Calibration mode for
0°C offset calibration (after
field calibration enabled).
hold
Activates/Deactivates freezing
of the measured reading while
in measurement mode.
min
max
Activates/Deactivates display
of the minimum and maximum
readings.
on/off
light
Powers on and shuts off the
thermometer by holding it for
3 seconds. Otherwise, it
activates/deactivates the
backlight display. (Backlight
will automatically turn off
within 30 seconds of
activation).
