23. WARRANTY
T he Manufac turer warra nts this
product to be free from significant
deviations from published
specifications for a period of three
ye ars. If repair or adjus tment is
necessary wi t hin the warra nt y period ,
the problem will be correc t ed at no
charge if it is not due to misuse or
abuse on your part as deter mined by
the Manufacture r. Repair costs
outside the warr ant y period , or thos e
resulting from prod uct misuse or
abus e, may be invoiced to you .
