      If the performance of your Oase Other unit is not satisfactory, several factors could be at play. It could be due to extremely soiled water. In this case, remove algae and leaves from the aquarium and change the water. Another reason may be a soiled quartz glass, which requires cleaning. The UVC lamp capacity may be exhausted (the lamp must be replaced after 8000 operating hours). A flow rate that is too high may be the cause, so reduce the pump capacity. Finally, ensure the power plug is properly connected.
