The Oasser CW6 operates on an AC220V-240V voltage (British standard, European standard) with a power consumption of 1600W. It delivers a maximum pressure of 2030psi (140 bar) and a working pressure of 1218psi (84 bar). The flow rate is 420L/H (7L/min). It is designed to operate with water temperatures ranging from 0°C to 40°C and in ambient temperatures of 5°C to 50°C. The maximum water inlet pressure is 0.4Mpa. The electrical schematic includes an ON/OFF switch, a pressure switch (normally closed), a 0.22uF capacitor, a motor, and a thermistor, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
The pressure washer comes with several user-friendly features. It includes a trigger gun with a trigger lock for safety and continuous operation, a spray wand, and five interchangeable spray nozzles (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and a black soap spray nozzle) to handle various cleaning tasks. The device supports self-priming from a large container, provided the water source is within 2 meters. Before initial use, it's crucial to exhaust air from the system by pressing the trigger gun for about 10 seconds until water flows out. The appliance features an automatic shut-off when the trigger gun is not engaged, which helps maintain pressure and prevents damage from dry running.
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of the pressure washer. Before any maintenance, the appliance should be switched off, placed on a flat surface, and disconnected from the mains plug. For long periods of storage, the filter (19) should be removed and rinsed with water. The gun and high-pressure hose should be disassembled. The coupling between the high-pressure hose and water outlet should be unscrewed, and the hose removed from the appliance. The filter in the water inlet (4) should be pulled out and rinsed with water (pic J). If necessary, a needle can be used to clean any residue (pic M). All accessories, including the power cord and high-pressure hose, should be stored properly. In winter, it is crucial to store the appliance in a room that does not reach freezing temperatures and to drain all water to prevent damage. The manual also provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues such as the appliance failing to start, the pump stopping, fluctuating pressure, or the trigger gun being unusable, offering remedies like checking connections, cleaning parts, or contacting after-sales service.
