Machine cooling
To guarantee sufficient air flow for cooling purposes, take care that the leftside
and full length of the back of the machine are free of obstacles over adistance
of at least 30 cm.
Error handling
Caution
■ Never open the front doors of the Océ VarioPrint 2090 when the machine is
running, because when you access the paper path inside the system, you
may touch some moving parts.
■ When you remove a paper jam from section A1, you may accidentally touch
two rubber wheels that slowly rotate. This situation is not dangerous, but it
may surprise you.
■ When the system is running, do not touch the copy exit slit when you
remove sheets from the output trays.
General
■ Always use materials recommended by Océ and developed for this Océ
machine. Materials not approved by Océ may result in faults in your
machine.
■ Do not use the machine when it is emitting unusual sounds. Remove the
plug from the power socket or switch off the fixed connection to the
electricity grid and contact Customer Service.
