This product has been manufactured to the highest quality standards. This product is warranted
to the original purchaser or gift recipient and is not transferable.
Warranty
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 24
months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal
use and care will be repaired, replaced or refunded with no charge for parts or labour.
The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies of the
consumer under a Commonwealth, state and territory laws in relation to the goods or services to
which this warranty relates.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law
(Schedule 2 of the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010
(Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement
or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you require further

http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than
being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Proof of P urchase
This warranty is valid of the original purchase only and is not transferable. Please keep your
purchase docket or receipt as proof of purchase and as proof of the date on which the purchase
was made. The purchase docket or receipt must be presented with the warranty when making a
claim under this warranty.
Service during the warranty pe riod
The first point of contact for ALL product issues is the Tempo (Aust) Pty Ltd After
Sales Support Centre Ph: 1300 886 649 (AUS) 0800 836 761 (NZ) . Customer must
NOT take any product back to the store unless they have obtained a Return Authorisation (RA)
number from our After Sales Support Team
